Dean’s breadth and depth of experience is unparalleled. His first education was in the school of hard work and common sense, growing up in communities across the province and the family farm in Whitefish, Ontario.
The family business was a high voltage contracting company that grew to be best in class from Dean’s involvement. Dean started with hands-on field experience as a teen, working his way through challenging leadership roles in Purchasing, Inventory Control, Vehicle Maintenance, Contract Administration, Health & Safety, Quality, Risk Management, Marketing, Business Development, and finally - for almost 20 years - as an Owner, Executive, and Board Member. In short, Dean has successfully worked in and worked on every aspect of the Power business.
Today, that experience in Strategy, Risk, Safety, Execution, Quality, and Indigenous Relations are all part of the skills and knowledge used to build clients’ businesses and project plans.
